Chef Leonhard Bader<\/strong>, head of the Die Ratsstuben<\/em> restaurant in Ettlingen (a town twinned with \u00c9pernay), takes up residence for a few days at 37 avenue de Champagne<\/strong> to showcase the very best of his cuisine in a unique and refined setting<\/strong>.<\/p>

On the evening of July 14th, Maison Michel Gonet opens the doors of its shady garden for a moment of open-air relaxation, facing the majestic Avenue de Champagne. From 7pm onwards, settle down on the terrace, enjoy a glass of champagne and let yourself be carried away by a gentle musical ambience, accompanied by plates to eat in or take away! (foie gras terrine, salmon ceviche, 48-hour-cooked pork belly, 70-cut prime rib, oysters, etc.) <\/p>

The idea? Enjoy a chic yet relaxed space, just a stone’s throw from the city center, to meet friends, family or lovers over a drink, all in a chic, epicurean guinguette spirit.<\/p>

  • The +: On Monday, July 14 only, a120kg bluefin tuna will be cut live and served as sashimi.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
